Job description / Role
- Contracted and expected to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Review contract documents and identify irregularities.
- Prepare sub-contract documents.
- Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications.
- Report and work closely with the senior commercial manager in identifying and mitigating project risks which adversely impact the time delivery and commercial interest of them projects.
Requirements
- 8 - 10 years experience.
- Civil experience required, preference on large projects.
- Higher education in fields related to Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Effective communication and team work skills.
