Contracts Manager

Location: Birmingham/Midlands
Our client provides a range of Contract Scaffolding and Access solutions to a range of sectors across British industry. With service delivery centres throughout the UK, they are uniquely positioned to provide rapid deployment of equipment and personnel to meet clients' most demanding service requirements. They are now looking to recruit a Branch Manager in their Birmingham Depot covering the Midlands.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional leadership, direction and the management of a core team both in the depot and across a number of project delivery teams, ensuring the highest safety standards are met by all members of the team(s) whilst maximising operational efficiency. Deliver an excellent customer experience both internally and externally in line with the company’s value drivers. Ensure the commercial and schedule targets are met across a number of contracts simultaneously.

• Proven operational management experience within the Contract Scaffold industry.

• Proven analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Financially astute, with experience of managing high value contracts
• Exposure to a Lean/Six Sigma culture a distinct advantage
