Job description / Role
CSC is looking for a Contracts and Procurement Manager for our a Cost Consultancy based in Doha.
They are involved with various exciting projects within the region and are looking for someone to work on a mega infrastructure project.
The Role:
* Lead and manage a team of technical and commercial staff on tender evaluations
* Preparation of technical and financial evaluations
* Presentation of technical and financial evaluations to the client and higher authorities
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a team player who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong customer focus. They will have a proven track record in the successful delivery of mega projects, and excellent leadership qualities as well as a strong customer focus.
* BSc in related subject
* MRICS or equivalent preferred
* 15 years post graduate experience
* Excellent report writing skills
* Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Previous experience with internationally recognised cost consultants is preferred
* Stable track record
* Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and utilities
