We offer a complete range of Programme Management Project Services Contract Services and Management Consultancy including Benchmarking capable of supporting our Clients investment strategies at every stage of a development from pre-development planning to final cessation.

We are currently recruiting for Contracts and Procurement Consultants vacancies for Oil and Gas project in Doha Qatar.

Accountabilities:
- Sourcing of contracts between US$10 to 50million to support upstream O&G services encompassing timely delivery best possible value creation and risk mitigation via a consistent and auditable process conducted in a proactive collaborative manner throughout the pre award stage
- Formulate and execute contracting strategies employing remuneration schemes such as Lump Sum Schedule of Rates Cost Plus and reimbursable.
- Prepare and finalize the Tender Package (ITT) including scope of work pricing schedule bid list technical questioner and the contract draft.
- Lead Clarification& Negotiation Meetings with Contractors.Conduct Commercial Evaluation exercise.
- Prepare contract terms and conditions based on approved contract templates and amend such terms and conditions where necessary upon receipt of the approvals from Legal.
- Apply the approved principles processes and procedures in the performance of all CP activities.
- Implement contractor and supplier prequalification to secure the requisite capacity and competency.
- Ensure that tendering bid clarification evaluation and recommendation for award processes are in compliance with the procedures governing the activities of the Development Company and Maersk business principles.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited university in engineering law or business

Contracts & Procurement experience 5 - 10 years should be related to sourcing tendering and contracting of Upstream O&G related services

Preferably Minimum 5 years offshore oil industry experience

Thorough understanding of the contracting process and demonstrated abilities through past experiences
