Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties :

Meeting with real estate agents along with the business development manager in order to promote our clients and generate new business.
- Maintaining relationships with existing real estate agents.
- Converting leads into sales generated via the website, telephone or meetings.
- The candidate will be based mainly in the office, being available to take calls from clients / agents.
- Pro-actively source new business opportunities.
- Keep up to date with changes in the real estate market ( i.e new regulations etc )

Essentially, our client drafts sales and purchase agreements for real estate agents saving them time and money by managing the process from the time of signing of the contract until the day of transfer.

Although the business development manager is responsible to arrange meetings with new agents, it is the conveyance manager’s responsibility to chase business and ensure targets are met.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years sales experience

- Cold calling and face to face sales experience

- Ideally European, Australian or South African nationals

- Strong communications, negotiations, self motivated, high energy levels are essential for this role
