Cook - Pizza / Italian Cuisine Experience for Casual Dining - Abu Dhabi

Currently looking for a Cook to join our team in UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all food order slips and administer all verbal instructions and perform all cooking as per instructions.
Prepare all raw materials required for cooking such as cutting all vegetables and preparing dough.
- Monitor and ensure exact measurement of all ingredients for all food items
- Good knowledge of cooking, and cost control methods
- Must possess full knowledge of food sanitation, hygiene codes, standards & practices in storage, safe operation and kitchen maintenance
- Handling, preparing and service of food with ability to operate various kitchen equipment.
- Arrange and garnish foods, season and cook food according to recipes.
- Age group is between 22 to 30 years with pleasant personality
- Good communication skills & time management with ability to handle multiple tasks

Requirements

- High school diploma preferred
- Good Bilingual (Arabic & English) communication skills, time management & Attention to Details is a MUST.
- 4-6 years of experience in Pizza & Italian Cuisine
- Age group is between 22 to 30 years with pleasant personality.
- Candidates with visit visa are welcome
