Job description / Role

- Able to cook and serve for large volume; like 500 to 1000 persons (Bulk Cooking). Can handle the kitchen production independently with his team members, maintaining the staff duties, work schedules, kitchen cleanliness in all sections etc.
- Food Safety / Food Hygiene, proper storage-ing of raw materials, misen-place in proper required temperatures, and etc.
- Communication skills, reporting procedures of daily activities and etc.
- Haccep knowledge and procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in Industrial type catering projects in Middle east.
- Good knowledge of Indian/Pakistan cuisine, menu planning, requesting the store requisitions and menu recipes.
