Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for a client in Abu Dhabi for a coordinator for a busy regional office.

Duties:
- Full office support to the regional office
- Typing and distributing all letters, memos,faxes and reports
- Update staff reports
- Arranging company travel, flights, hotels
- Diary Management of the meeting rooms both internally & Externally
- Assisting the senior administrator with projects, proposals and contracts
- Monitoring and updating the filing systems
- Office Calendar coordination
- Assisting with HR
- Setting up new employers with IT, laptops, phones etc
- Paperwork on termination
- Preparing contracts and letters Arabic & English
- Collating timecards from the office
- Preparing Invoices
- Updating weekly & monthly reports
- Assist the Managers with all filing
- Cover Reception in absence of the receptionist

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Fluent in Written & Verbal English & Arabic
- Smart Business attire corporate presented
- Fully IT literate in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Self Motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask
- Experience handling sensitive material with confidentiality

Salary 12-15,000 AED
