Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To coordinate the specifics of current projects and all its functionalities to reach the prior set targets by the role players involved. Maintains regular communication with all departments to coordinate events and to follow up feed back requests raised by CSCID colleagues in order to assist in achieving the continuous service improvement goal. Preparation of tender documents , technical evaluations , Monitoring project results against technical specifications and expedite the implementation of major customers’ related projects, and suggest methods of improvement of this process in preparing Project Execution Plans, including project resource requirements. Monitors the work to ensure that project schedule, budget and scope objectives are being met.
Monitors the work to ensure that contract specification, standards and conditions are met along with quality control and safety assurances till close up.
Preparation of correspondences, minutes of meeting, internal memorandum, material approval, shut-off requests, GIS and other reports.
Coordinates with other service departments regarding various problems Maintains regular communication with all KM departments to coordinate events and to follow up feed back requests raised by CSCID colleagues in order to assist in achieving the continuous service improvement goals.
Performs other related duties as needed upon request by the immediate supervisor.
Update Management Committee on Customer Service issues, programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor of Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.

Minimum 8 years experience, with 3 years minimum experience as a Project Engineer or a project coordinator.

Other Significant Requirements: Project Management,
Supervision and motivation, Problem Solving, Team building and facilitation, Conflict resolution and negotiating, Fully literate in relevant PC software, Very good in the speaking, reading and writing of English.
