Employment: Full Time

The Coordinator - Enterprise Document Management supports the maintenance of various document and records management programs for Sidra to ensure department staff are provided with effective, easy-to-use processes for maintaining and retrieving information vital to department objectives and operations; Responsibilities include managing the storage, protection, retrieval and destruction of documents and records.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supports the implementation of document management programs, methods, practices and procedures to ensure compliance with Sidra standards
- Participates in evaluating, recommending and implementing document and records management programs, systems and procedures
- Conducts the process of duplication and backup storage of documents on electronic media with IT and other departments
- Maintains version control of policies, procedures, workflows, use cases, and systems architectures
- Assists the Lead - Enterprise Document Management to define documentation management architecture to ensure consistency across departments
- Assists the Lead Enterprise Document Management in training programs related to document and records management.
- Manages effective gathering and storage of market, competitor and department information, and sector methods, procedures, processes and guidelines as per documentation standards
- Adheres to Sidras standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies

In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra during this pre-operational phase, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in documentation management in a large organization
- Documentation management
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Strong cross - functional collaboration and relationship management ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English
