Job description / Role
- Coordinator between Ethiopia plant & Julphar RAK to manage Ethiopia plant needs with respect to raw materials, Premixes, Packaging materials.
- Close coordination with various department in Julphar to effectively perform his role.
- Ethiopia plant operation needs analysis.
- Following up the Reservation, Ordering, and Material Management & Documentation.
- Coordination with Production, Supply chain, Finance, QC & Shipping to facilitate the activities to send the required materials to Ethiopia.
- Packaging material procurement as needed.
- Equipment Spares & Consumables procurement.
- Travel to Ethiopia plant for System Development related to the Material Management and operations needs.
Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor/ Master Degree preferably MBA with technical background from reputable recognizable university
- Must have Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Procurement & Sourcing.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good knowledge of local and international Procurement laws and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Procurement techniques, procedures and policies.
- Strong knowledge of sources of supply, market trends and pricing practices.
- Experience in Excel, and shall be able to make the status Reports & Presentations.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Technical Procurement.
- Working experience in cross functional team with international exposure
