The RoleThe RoleObjective: Our Client (a leading petroleum company in Bahrain) is looking for a Coordinator - Sales and Marketing for their downstream business. Main responsibilities : ƒÍ To manage the sales team and marketing activities, reporting to the Senior Coordinator Lubricants. ƒÍ With his team, to prepare the sales individual responsibilities, territories and sales targets for Bahrain and Export markets and prepare and implement the marketing plans. ƒÍ To prepare monthly sales and financial reports and to hold meetings to review sales team progress and targets and plan sales promotion activities. ƒÍ To coordinate with the warehouse supervisor to ensure the inventory levels and product mix is in line with the sales plans. ƒÍ To coordinate with the Coordinator Operations concerning product supply and product costs and to receive reports concerning customer product and supply queries. ƒÍ To be part of the team responsible for the order handling and sales reporting software programme and to train the sales team in how to use it. RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : MBA in Business, Experience in Sales & Marketing in the Oil or Chemical industry Previous experience : Several years of Sales experience in Lubricants or Chemical company Specialist knowledge : - Experience in the elements required to prepare sales and marketing budgets. - Practical sales experience in a lubricants or chemical company - Attended courses on negotiating skills and an understanding of the distributor typical operations in the lubricants or chemical industry - Experience in managing a sales team in the lubricants or chemical industry - Experience in developing reports and operating paper and electronic filing systems Language Skills : English, Arabic (preferred) |
