Spare Parts Inventory Development & Recommended Spare Parts Lists Coordinator

Kentz currently have a requirement for a SPID RSPL Coordinator (SPID - Spare Parts Inventory Development; RSPL - Recommended Spare Parts Lists).

Responsibilities
- Coordinate Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL) development
- Administer RSPL process
- Interface with EPC / Suppliers / Vendors on RSPL delivery
- Train Suppliers on RSPL submission
- Coordinates SPID data collection, RSPL review, SPIR analysis
- Administer development of purchase requisitions for spares
- Track Spares delivery to final destination
- Report to SPID team lead

Requirements

- Candidates should have a Procurement / Maintenance background
- 5+ years experience in Spare Parts Management
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
