The RoleThe RoleThis is your chance to join a reputable, stable and established telecoms company, based here in Dubai. This is a new role due to the expansion of the business and it’s a very exciting and challenging opportunity. Our client is looking for an experienced Trainer, who can deliver core skills training. The company has an extremely robust training programme, which must be followed, as this is the main focus of the company in 2010. You will be working closely with the Chief Learning Officer, to learn how to deliver the training in the most be effective and efficient manner. Once the training has been delivered, you will be responsible for conducting follow up evaluations with the Line Managers and the candidates to assess the effectiveness. |
RequirementsRequirementsWe are looking for a Western educated, Degree qualified female candidate who speaks fluent English and Arabic. A minimum of five years proven and successful adult training experience is essential, along with excellent Microsoft 2007 skills. The ability to travel to other locations with the region is also essential. |
