Corporate Associate - 5PQE +
The Advocate Group have a been assigned a position in the hub of the Middle East, Dubai, with a leading law firm regional base in the region. The firm in question have been based in the GCC for over 20 years and have managed to a acquire some of the most high level projects in the region.
The chosen Corporate Lawyers will have solid proven ability in the corporate and commercial field and candidate are encouraged to include detailed transactions on their application.
The corporate team has expanded over recent years and this position is of direct response to the work won by Partners within the firm.
Requirements
- Joint Ventures
- International due diligence
- Corporate M&A
- Commercial contracts
Candidate will ideally have some exposure to the GCC market so they are familiar with transactions in the region.
