Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a market leading international private practice firm. Our client is expanding their already well-established Riyadh office and are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Associate, with 2-5 years' PQE to join their team.
You will work on a wide range of corporate commercial work, dealing with matters such as corporate restructuring, M&A, local market set-ups and joint ventures. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the world's leading international law firms within a booming market.
The firm regularly features at the very top of the tables worldwide in terms of significant corporate deals by value and volume and has acted on many ground-breaking corporate and private equity transactions that have changed the landscape in their clients' sectors.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be either UK, Australia, New Zealand or US educated from a top institution and have completed training at either a Magic Circle or Top Tier firm.
Ideally, you should be admitted to practice in the UK, Australia or the US however our client will consider applications from elsewhere, particularly if you have regional GCC experience. Arabic communication skills are not essential for this position, however they will boost the application considerably.
