My client is a leading education provider based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for a Corporate Partnership & Career Development Manager to join the team in Abu Dhabi.
The Role
The role of the Career Development Centre is to market, develop and connect the school's talented students and alumni with leading employers around the globe.
The main responsibilities will include:
* Employer outreach and business development, marketing and communication campaigns to build significant presence in the Middle East region.
* Design and execute development & outreach strategies to identified targets.
* Develop meaningful career activities that will educate and advise students of the regions career opportunities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
Masters degree in business or related field - highly desirable.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience of top performance in key account sales, marketing or business development within the education sector - essential.
* Additional experience valuable in the following:
Business School education, Executive search firms, Corporate recruiting or outplacement for international executives, Training and career counseling of international executives/high potentials
Corporate working experience in Middle East region - essential
Arabic speaker - highly desirable
Salary
AED 28,000 - 32,500
