Job description / Role
- Providing commercial legal advice focused on trading and operational activity, to include contract drafting and negociation, supporting businesses in MEA territories. -Regulatory advice and assistance within the region.
- Assisting with project work including financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other business development transactions.
- Contract negociation and advice including IT, storage, lease, etc
- File management and liaising with local counsel in each juridiction in MEA
- Assist to meet the legal needs of regional offices, often in co-ordination with other teams (tax, risk, insurance, operations).
- Research and evaluate local laws in co-ordination with local counsel.
Requirements
- 8-10 yrs experiences in General Corporate / Commercial / Banking obtained in an international firm.
- Experience in leading lawyer on matters and managing legal files independently.
- Experience in the MEA region prefered.
