300000 AED - 360000 AED

Our client, are a well renowned law firm in DIFC with offices in the major cities around Middle East. Their reputation was built through talented lawyers who are currently serving some of the largest firms in Middle East.

We have been asked to assist in the hire of an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer to work on complex joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other related corporate commercial work.

Requirements

- 3-6+ PQE;
- Excellent command of both Arabic/English language;
- Experience in management of matters and clients;
- Corporate / Commercial experience
