Employment: Full Time

The assistant manager of Corporate Communication is a core member of the Corporate Marketing Group. She/he will join the Corporate Communications Division and will report to its Head.

The purpose of the job is to support the Corporate Communication Division across all its responsibilities:
- Optimize Samsung Gulf Electronics (SGE) corporate reputation in the region in support of business objectives, working across all stakeholder constituencies: media, customers, supplier-partners, government and industry leaders, academia, analysts, employees, shareholders, unions.
- Devise communications strategies to support the business objectives of AV, HA, HHP, and IT divisions.
- Measurably advance key stakeholder relationships.
- Implement SGE brand strategy, thereby driving and leveraging greater brand equity in the region.
- Devise and deploy strategies to enhance perceptions that SGE is a valuable corporate citizen and committed to a long-term partnership with the region.
- The overarching objective is to incrase BAS KPIs (especialy brand preference) and consequently foster product sales of all divisions on a sustainable
- As instructed by the Head of the Division, this positions responsibilities include:

Marketing Communication Strategic Planning:
- Support corporate marketing management in deploying brand communication architecture, strategy and plans
- Support product divisions in developing and implementing the integrated marketing communication plans of key product launches
- Deploy and implement the Company sponsorship strategy

Cooperation with Product Divisions:
- Work as a trusted marketing communication partner with the AV, HA, IT, HHP divisions
- Provide strategic counsel to business units on communication issues
- Take direct responsibility for managing parts of the integrated marketing communication plans as in mutual agreement with the product divisions

Brand Management:
- Advise on the development and implementation of advertising and sponsorship strategies to ensure consistent, positive presentation of SGE image to targeted audiences
- Apply and enforce applicable communication standards and formats (e.g., corporate identity, branding, editorial, web, advertising) to ensure consistency and clarity of communications
- Evaluate and track speech/presentation commitments, venues, and audiences and make recommendations on appropriate events in which SGE executives should participate for maximum value creation.
- Manage external communication agencies to achieve maximum ROI. Manage tasks across all SGE units to maintain and enhance efficiency

Corporate Social Responsibility:
- Work with key internal stakeholders to establish an appropriate local program consistent with global strategy and vision basis

Requirements

- Marketing, communication sciences, or humanistic academic background
- MBA is an advantage
- Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Assertive, determined, flexible and creative and warm personality.
- Great energy and initiatives, creative, resourceful and meticulous nature
- Ability to perform and work under pressure of deadlines and quality standards
