A leading oilfield services company is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager for a role in their headquarters in Dubai.
The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, executing and tracking our communications programme to improve the perception of the brand and the company's relations with the public, clients, governments, industry, stockholders, and employees in a country/area/ business unit. The CCM will have three direct reports.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the communications strategy for the business.
Provide communications support to the business units across the group.
Manage the day to day written and visual creative process for press releases, public statements, annual reports, advertisements and other sales and marketing collateral.
Ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines across the organization.
Set and control the company’s corporate communications budget.
Organize exhibitions, events etc. for all companywide events.
Liaise with advertising agencies, PR agencies and marketing groups.
Manage compilation and production of corporate quarterly internal magazine for circulation to all employees and selected external target audiences.
Coordination with the parent company head office.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in communications, business, marketing or related subject.
5-6 years communications/ branding/ PR experience in a leadership role.
Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a pre-requisite for this role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and spoken) skills in English, ideally this candidate will be Arabic speaking.
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
Experience in investor relations is an advantage.
High ambition for personal and professional growth, demonstrating enthusiasm and determination.
Sound cross cultural team-working and communications skills.
Ability to juggle multiple diverse and demanding tasks and priorities.
Salary and Benefits:
25,000 AED Monthly
