Corporate Counsel - Dubai, UAE
Our client is a renowned multinational company with a focus on the hospitality sectors. Considered to be industry leaders, our client has an impressive global presence as well as a well-established foot-print in the Middle East. Due to the continued success and expansion in the region, our client is now looking to add a further experienced person to their blue-chip legal team.
The ideal candidate will be a highly qualified and energetic individual, looking for an opportunity in an interesting and dynamic company. They need to be fluent in both English and Arabic and have an in-depth knowledge and experience with complex financing, joint ventures, acquisitions and real estate transactions, including a substantial proportion of cross-border transactions.

Requirements
- Based in Dubai
- Fluent Arabic Speaker
- 5 years law firm or equivalent experience, including at least 3 years in a US or UK law firm / company
- Flexibility to travel in the GCC
