Job description / Role
Our client a leading Saudi Arabian Food group is looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team in Jeddah.
Reporting to the Financial Controller job responsibilities of the Corporate Finance Analyst will include but not limited to:
Presenting and identifying investment, joint ventures and acquisition opportunities to the management team.
Assist in M&A & investment proposals by providing the required financial analysis that includes NPV, IRR, DCF & PB calculations
Analyze the company financial performance vs. similar companies and identify areas of improvements
Update on the available financial products & facilities in the market and provide recommendation
Regularly review the Saudi & Regional stock exchange & economy performance and provide valuable inputs to the management
Assist in preparing financial data & presentation for BOD meetings
Assist in corporate and shareholders accounting & administrative matters.
Requirements
Finance graduate, MBA in Financial Management will be an added advantage.
Have 2-3 years of experience in the corporate finance with any FMCG / Manufacturing & distribution company or private equity firm.
Candidates with previous experience in leading banks or management consulting firms will also be considered.
SAUDI or UAE NATIONAL preferred ( Candidates must hold a transferable Iqama if not one of the mentioned nationalities).
Candidates must be Saudi based.
