Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A luxury brand in automotive industry require a Corporate Fleet Manager responsible for managing the Corporate Sales activity across the MENA Regional Office territory. Typically, this activity includes supporting the Importer & Dealer Corporate Sales Specialists and potentially helping them to directly manage their larger corporate accounts. Key measures include the following:

• Actual Regional Office Corporate Sales versus target
• Regional Office Corporate pipeline (number of bids, win rates, amount of business in pipeline)
• Driving Regional Office Corporate Sales customer satisfaction, corporate sales product mix, corporate sales customer mix, JLR finance penetration, Regional Office market penetration
• Corporate customer loyalty levels. Numbers of new customers each year
• Corporate Sales marketing activity (e.g. shows attended, hosted customer visits, market visits)
• Listings on framework agreements, private fleets & government approved supplier listings etc.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identify key, strategic markets
• strategy and marketing plans by Key markets
• Plans, manages and supports Regional Office corporate sales and marketing activity detail Evaluate & evolve the existing Corporate Fleet policy
• Works with Distributors to grow corporate sales business
• Helps manages large corporate accounts to maintain customer satisfaction and promote customer loyalty
• Develops relationships with prospective large corporate accounts customers to win new business
• Thinks commercially to develop solutions which meet needs of large corporate customers
• Shapes and manages the Corporate Sales process to win business with large corporate
• Actively supports the UK Central team to promote Jaguar and Land Rover products to government and military customers
• Develops customer relationships to win new business and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Uses an understanding of vehicle specifications and options to meet fleet needs
• Compiles and prices tender submissions and negotiates to win the business
• Monitors competitor Corporate Sales performance across the MENA Region

Requirements

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
• Educated to a degree level
• Previous Corporate Fleet Sales Management, preferably with a premium brand, is essential
• Experience in working with Distributors
• Previous experience within the MENA is preferred (not essential)

Salary: 30-33k AED + car + family benefits
