Corporate Governance Manager

Job description / Role

A leading regional bank that is experiencing a period of rapid growth and is known to attract and retain top talent from the region and internationally is looking to hire a Corporate Governance Manager.

This role sits within the Executive Office with the primary focus being management and coordination of all legal and compliance corporate communications with regulatory authorities. You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing Corporate Affairs strategies while making sure that all systems are in place and compliance is maintained.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience within a bank or financial institution; out of which at least two must be in a senior position. You must be degree qualified with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
