Corporate HR Business Partner

Job description / Role

Our client, one of the leading Holding companies operating across the UAE is looking for an experienced, senior HR professional to join their team as Corporate HR Business Partner.

The role includes the following responsibilities
- Providing functional leadership and expertise to the corporate function.
- Provide support and expertise surrounding HR processes, programs and policies.
- Oversee the daily operations of the function and all aspects of people management for all corporate centre management.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy for all of the functions employees including people planning, recruitment, on boarding and off boarding, employee engagement and performance management.
- Lead operational excellence by successfully implementing people processes.
- Provide expert functional advice and targeted coaching to the leadership team.
- Manage corporate organisational development communication.

Requirements

- CIPD qualified
- 10+ years of practical HR experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Arabic speakers preferred
- Strong people management skills
- Proven track record of implementing and delivering effective people management strategies
- Extensive knowledge of HR and local law
