Corporate Lawyer - Saudi Arabia - Magic Circle
England & Wales Admitted - 3PQE
Must have GCC experience
A UK international law firm local association in Saudi Arabia are seeking a Corporate Lawyer for their office in Saudi Arabia. This is an expansion position where the chosen corporate candidate will be working with alongside experienced western & Saudi admitted lawyers on cross border and international transactions.
The Firm
The law firm in question have exceptional reputation and seeking an England & Wales admitted lawyer who has a background to reflect this. They have a solid presence in the GCC with offices thought Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.
Role
The position is a junior post and will require candidate to remain within regular contact with the senior associates within the firm and assisting on their case load. This is a position due to the firms increased work load and candidates need to be able to seamlessly step into the post and meet the expectations required of them.
Requirements
The chosen candidate will need to have:
- Admitted in England & Wales
- Some experience to the GCC region
- Be familiar with corporate transactions such as JVs, M&A, commercial contracts
- Worked within a Private Practise environment
Candidates will preferably have:
- Exposure working in Saudi Arabia
- Have worked in a leading commercial jurisdiction (New York, London, etc.)
- Have working with a leading International law firm.
Due to the jurisdiction most candidates can expect full, tax free, expat package which will include medical insurance and flights back to their home jurisdiction.
The actual salary will be entirely dependant on candidates exposure.
