Corporate Lawyer - Riyadh
Magic Circle Firm / UK international GCC presence
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia PQE 3+, mid/ senior level position
Fully Bilingual needs to be fluent in both Arabic and English
One of the worlds leading law firms has tasked The Advocate Group with seeking a Corporate Lawyer for their Riyadh operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The firm in question have a solid profile & presence in the GCC region and looking to make a strategic hire in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The work is varied in within the corporate field but all candidates are expected to have several years of experience working on:
- Joint Ventures
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Overseas due diligence
- Providing advice on Commercial contracts

Requirements
- 3 years PQE+
- Formally admitted
- Fully bilingual - (Arabic & English)
- Any Corporate lawyer wishing to apply need to be formally admitted as a lawyer and have gained some level of education from a recognised jurisdiction (UK, US, Canada, etc.). As a result they will have some level of exposure to overseas & international transactions.
