Corporate Manager

Job description / Role

Our Client, an international law firm based in Dubai, is now looking to hire a corporate legal manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the management and administration of a portfolio of companies and attending to the incorporation and management of new entities in four jurisdictions. The position involves liaising with lawyers and service professionals throughout a global network of offices. This is a hands-on job for a dynamic manager seeking an opportunity to develop and expand an already successful corporate services business.

Requirements

•ICSA qualified chartered secretary with a law degree, plus relevant experience relating to the management of a portfolio of companies and corporate transactions.
•Strong organizational skills and proven ability to take on responsibility, work independently, multi-task and manage time effectively.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent inter-personal skills with ability to promote a team environment.
•Ability to prioritize with an aptitude for planning and forward thinking.
•Self motivation and proven leadership skills.
•Working knowledge of basic common law jurisdiction company law principles as well as company secretarial practices and principles of good corporate governance.
