Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 20,000 25,000

A leading luxury retailer based in the UAE are currently looking to appoint a Corporate Marketing Manager to be based at their head office in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will:
Ensure effective communication as the retailer of choice through:
Management of companys corporate identity: ensure proper use and facilitate updates.
Planning and execution of corporate media campaign.
Organization of corporate PR and sponsorship activities.
Management of our presence on digital platforms (website and social media).
Establish contacts with hotel / mall managements and help identify, negotiate & execute marketing activities.
Manage display units rental and define brand allocation in collaboration with retail and brand marketing.
Assist in the development and forecasting of retail tools with commercial department.
Development of corporate sales tools in collaboration with Corporate Sales Manager (i.e.e. Business cards, sales presentation tools, brochures, etc.)
Develop and / or source private sales tools locally or through Brand principles.
CRM / Database Management.
Implementation and management of internal database software.
Ensure proper and complete data entry by retail teams.
Plan and execute CRM initiatives with retail through proper analysis of database using RFM categorization.
Creation and management of reporting tools to be used with agencies and retail.
Evaluation of corporate marketing activities through ROI analysis.
Consolidation of all marketing activities and competition news in a periodic newsletter to be sent internally.

Requirements

GCC / UAE / International experience.
Minimum 5 + years of experience in Corporate Marketing with a well-established retailer.
Min 2+ years in the Luxury Industry.
Strong Project Management experience.
Experience with managing digital platforms, Media, PR, and Internal Communications at Management Level.
English and Arabic Fluency in reading and writing is a must.
Good negotiation skills.
Good vendor management skills.
Strategic planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Good understanding of UAE and AUH market.
Outgoing; assertive personality.
Pro-active.
Team player.
