Corporate Paralegal - Dubai
UK International Law Firm.
The Advocate Group have been are currently on the search for a Corporate Paralegal for one of the worlds leading law firms based in Dubai. This is an expansion position where the client is ideally seeking a candidate is motivated and driven to assist the practise he or she will be joining.
Role
The position is a Paralegal post where they will be expected to assist the firm in there day to day activities of the Corporate and banking teams.
This is a position where candidates need to be confident in their abilities in Corporate matters
The client in question is a UK international law firm and will consider candidates who would move on a lateral basis from a leading International law firm themselves.
Requirements
- Common law educated
- Have worked with a leading International law firm.
- Committed to the region and have exp in the UAE
- Have worked extensively in the Corporate and Banking teams of a leading law firm.,
Candidates will preferably have:
- Be based in UAE now
- Fully Bilingual (due to the region and work this would make the task at hand easier)
- Working on Banking & Finance transactions
- Have exposure to the UAE Market
Benefits
Due to the jurisdiction most candidates can expect full, tax free, expat package which will include medical insurance and flights back to their home jurisdiction.
The actual salary will be between entirely dependants on candidate's exposure.
