Corporate Partnerships Manager – NGO

Our client, a global NGO, is looking for a driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their operations in Dubai.

Core Responsibilities:

* Manage, design and develop strategic funding relationships with existing and new corporate partners and corporate foundations in support of defined programmatic priorities and within the framework of the Corporate Partnership Strategy
* Develop a strategy, approach and action plan for corporate partnerships in the GCC
* Build brand recognition with companies and corporate foundations
* Develop standard engagement and communication packages as well as individual proposals for corporate partners at different levels.
* Work in close cooperation with the International Corporate Partnerships Team at the International Competence Centre FDC
* Coordinate and engage with the Leadership Forum in close cooperation with the Managing Director to follow up with prospects approached by the Leadership Forum members

Requirements

Essential Skills:

* Min. 5 years of international working experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, sales, marketing or key account management
* Proven track record in building, managing and upgrading partnerships or accounts
* Proven ability in understanding how to reconcile the needs and interests of different sectors working together
* Sound judgment, a strategic outlook, a broad view, drive, enthusiasm and a passion for fundraising/marketing.
* University degree preferably in business, marketing or communications
* Driving Licence
* Min 3 years of GCC
* Arabic would be an advantage
