Job description / Role
The position is responsible for managing and driving corporate performance projects & programs, policies, practices, and processes at the corporate and functional levels.
The successful candidate will have degree in business administration, management, and preferably with an MBA and practical experience in the strategic field in a private or public sector.
They should also have experience in transportation, infrastructure, or construction industries.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Management and preferably an MBA
* Both English & Arabic speaking
* Survey Management knowledge
* At least 10 years of experience in managerial role, in the following areas:
* Corporate performance
* Strategic planning
* Survey Management
* Work experience in large organizations implementing strategic best practices like BSC
* Experience in Performance management system implementation
