Job Purpose:
- Design and implement the AFM corporate planning calendar
- Coordinate across the business all planning inputs and assumptions for
* 5 year planning round
* Quarterly and annual budgeting
* Manage the inputs from around the business to ensure timely submissions
- Measure progress against the AFM 5 year plan
- Coordination of key strategic projects
- Plan, measure and manage Hoshin inputs
- Coordinate TMC information requests across the business
Description:
- Delivery of an effective Corporate Planning Calendar
- Production of robust, timely progress reporting for Hoshin, 5 year plan and key projects
- Successful, timely submission of business inputs into planning and budgeting rounds
- Through effective coordination, successful and timely delivery of key projects

Requirements
- Degree from any recognised University or equivalent
- Experience of programme design, implementation & management
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Experience of working within a vehicle manufacturer/distributor desirable
- Automotive Retail experience desirable
- Project Management
- Demonstrates AFM core values (warm welcome, easy, transparent, special, personal)
