Corporate Project Coordinator

Job description / Role

•Review project submissions and follow up on missing information in preparation for designs to follow
•Ownership of the weekly regional Store Design Status Report capturing the movement of new store builds and refurbishments to ensure stores are opened in a timely manner
•The collection of data for the Project Request Form for submission to regional design departments
•Creating CR’s and LPO’s
•Tracking of all projects from submission through to installation with instruction from Project Managers. Follow up on final costing
•Prepare project files for all new projects
•Liaising with Finance in order to manage Purchase Orders
•Managing Capital Expenditure Requisitions (CERs)
•Tracking project budgets reports with the brands to ensure their accuracy
•Prepare, track and submit monthly departmental statements to both the local finance departments and EMEA
•Coordination of in store maintenance with retailers, distributors, contractors and the brands for the repair and upkeep of doors and their financial management when instructed.
•Establish a high level of communication with the markets, retailers and distributors to understand their needs and support Project Manager’s to provide a focused and specialized service

Requirements

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferably in retail or cosmetics
- Self-motivation: a self starter with ability to work on multiple projects
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong Excel skills
