Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly prestigious organisation who is looking to hire a Corporate Receptionist to join their team.
Based in the heart of West Bay, Doha, you will have the opportunity to make this role your own by taking full front office responsibilities and being the first point of contact. You will also handle additional responsibilities and small projects within the office as and when required.
As the voice of the company you will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, directing calls, managing and directing all incoming queries as well as coordinating with vendors and courier companies. In addition, you will provide administrative support to senior managers and ensure the reception area and board / meeting rooms are constantly maintained.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be highly organised, enthusiastic, have excellent communication / interpersonal skills and be a team player. You should be fluent in Arabic and English and have an outstanding telephone manner. You should also have excellent computer skills with a minimum of 2 years administration experience.
