Employment: Full Time

AED 12-14,500 - DOE

We are urgently seeking a professional Corporate Receptionist on behalf of my client, a well-known global organisation. Your role will be to take responsibility to ensure that all relevant reception and administrative support for facilities and the smooth running of the office are fulfilled in a professional and efficient manner.

Role responsibilities:
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Assist the day-to-day operations in the office as required
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and team
- To ensure a high level of hospitality and professionalism to all visitors
- Answer telephone calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible
- Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Responsible for managing meeting space and conference call schedules
- Sort and distribute mails accordingly
- Manage the Cash Float with regards to the office monthly expenses
- Manage the office facilities; cleaners, maintenance etc.
- Assist the organising of parking spots within the building and parking cards for external parking
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and order as required
- Maintain and update the Telephone directory
- Responsible for sending, receiving and tracking daily shipment/s of documents through courier
- Coordinate with travel agent on visa requirements for business travels
- Assist with filing documents as required
- Coordinates with Landlord in relation to maintenance requests, engineering or AC related issues and parking

Requirements

- Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role
- Experience working for a multinational organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, preferably a native English speaker
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional telephone manner and demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and engaging personality
- Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Team player with strong initiative and self-direction
