The Role

My Client is a large bank in Qatar looking for an Arabic Speaking Customer Relationship Manager.

Candidates will ideally be currently located in UAE or Qatar.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support dedicated corporate customers with specialist financial advice and to professionally fulfilling their needs with ability to negotiate & convince those customers to buy and benefit from the bank product/services.

Maximizing the Bank’s Business Banking market share and presence by identify and establish new relationships in conjunction with the bank's strategic objectives.

Maximize dedicated corporate customers portfolio revenues by identify their credit worthiness/risk appetite and to introduce them to bank products/services.

Maintaining top-level market watch for any new business opportunities with proactively taking the high-level judgment, ability to identify & read these opportunities and understanding the competition & formulate counter strategy to safeguard bank position & with new business.

Ability to structure complex deals tailored to customer needs.

Maintaining high satisfaction ratings with dedicated corporate customers through successful working relationships.

Ability to quickly identify risk issues & problem areas & respond to safeguard bank interests.

Remain abreast of the market, industry, competition and regulatory developments to contribute to the enhancement of the businesses' products and services.

Guides, effectively delegate tasks and manage Assistant Relationship Managers.

Assist with portfolio credit monitoring process in compliance with group credit policies, standards and regulatory requirements.



Qualifications, experience & skills:

Honours degree /Masters in Finance/ or related disciplines holder.

5-8 years' relationship management experience in corporate banking as well as commercial banking, with proven record of accomplishments in executing syndicated finance or project finance.

A proven record of accomplishment in a sales environment.

Well versed in product knowledge, understanding banking operations.

Excellent presentation skills, Strong language skills, communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
