Employment: Full Time

Our client is an investment business firm which forms part of one of the largest diversified holding company in the MENA region. Our client is currently hiring a Corporate Relationship Manager in Bahrain.

Role Responsibilities
- To Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- To undertake relevant Fact Find, follow KYC procedures, secure terms of business and all other aspects of the sales process as required by the business
- To present back to corporate clients on business solutions using relevant product materials and business illustrations approved by Head Office and following the correct sales procedure.
- To establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients and cross-sell where possible.
- To keep abreast of local and international Financial Services news and competitors information.
- To attend all mandatory training and ensure personal knowledge in relation to the Companies products and services is kept at the highest possible standard.
- To be responsible for any marketing displays used at corporate events or with corporate clients, replenishing brochure stocks and informing Head Office of any that may need replacing.
- To following up on sales leads generated from other business units.
- To attend networking events for the promotion of the Company and lead generation.
- To complete all business related administrative work promptly ensuring all documentation is submitted fully and completely within the required time frames and sales related reports required are completed accurately and efficiently.
- To maximise client retention by ensuring continued client satisfaction and relationship management.
- To act at all times with due care, diligence, integrity and ethics.
- To be aware of and ensure adherence to legal, CBB and company policies/requirements in all activities, both internal and external.
- To prioritise work load effectively to achieve maximum profitable business results.
- And any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Minimum of 3 years in the Industry with 1 year experience in a similar role generating new business from corporate clients
- Sales experience of financial services products preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivating, confident and strong personality
- Presentable, professional appearance
- Excellent public specking skills
