A Restructuring Senior Manager is required by a leading high profile practice in Dubai. They provide turnaround solutions to under performing companies and work with stakeholders to restructure businesses that are experiencing financial difficulties. The Restructuring Senior Manager role would suit someone coming from a corporate recovery background with an interest in building a senior level career in this dynamic and fast paced area.
Responsibilities of the Restructuring Senior Manager:
* Full responsibility for restructuring assignments and voluntary liquidations
* Planning and carrying out liquidation, receivership and examinership engagements
* Management of a portfolio of projects and clients
* Full commercial management for portfolio
* Conducting financial assignments for specific clients
Requirements
An experienced Business Restructuring Manager is required for an International Consultancy firm based in Dubai.
* Qualified accountant
* Minimum 8 years of experience within business restructuring with a proven track record of success (previous experience within Big 4 is preferred)
* Experience in debt restructuring/rescheduling is essential
* Experience in operational restructuring, cost reduction, working capital management, shared services, process improvement is advantageous.
* Expertise with constructing integrated financial models, analysing financial underperformance and related services
* Strong business development skills and proven track record of ability to build own professional network
* Excellent project management skills
