Corporate Sales Director

Job description / Role

Our client, a global telecommunications operator require, a Corporate Sales and Customer Service Director required to be based in their Bahrain office. For this role we require a fluent Arabic and English speaker with 7 years experience in Corporate Service/Sales in the telecom fields.

This position will be responsible for major functions in the company and they are Corporate sales and Customer service. The (CSCSD)is responsible to manage a Corporate based sales team, responsible for increasing revenue and market share from Bahrain’s corporate market, both meetings and transient, domestic and outbound. The team manages major corporate accounts for transient and meetings revenues and domestic accounts for meetings revenue.

1.Maintain a portfolio of Corporate accounts across the team.
2.Ensure that the sales team is focused upon the right opportunities for their markets through regular account assessments and reviews.
3.Develop and maintain effective multi-level relationships within these accounts.

Requirements

4.Proven ability to interact effectively with Senior Executives.

•Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
•Experience in Customer Service/sales activities in the telecom field (Minimum years of experience is seven years)
