Corporate Sales Manager - AF Motors - Lexus - Dubai

As part of the corporate sales department team, you will be responsible for maximising the corporate sales contribution to the company's profit by continuously increasing Lexus business to business sales volume and market share in the UAE Corporate Sector. The performance of the Corporate department has a significant effect on the overall performance of the company.

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will ensure the corporate sales operation is managed in the most profitable manner without compromising on customer satisfaction and will bring direct focus to Corporate Fleet and the company's largest customers.

Duties (not limited to):
- Achieve the budgeted sales and profitability for the National Corporate Department in all UAE locations.
- Introduce new initiatives and business opportunities to improve market penetration and develop and expand corporate sales.
- Manage bad debts & overdue collection from corporate customers.
- Manage directly through the key accounts managers teams all the high volume key accounts.
- Manage Government Relations, Tenders, Contracts in cooperation with the concerned departments.

Requirements

- Ideally, you should be degree qualified in a commercial / business management discipline.
- You must have a business to business sales management experience across multiple locations, sales teams and profit centres.
- Ideally you will have experience in an Automotive industry.
- You must have UAE/GCC experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic Language preferred but not essential.
