Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 18,000 - 24,000 (Per Month)

A luxury retailer based in Dubai are looking to hire a Corporate Sales Manager to manage the Corporate Sales Department with B2B and B2C Wholesale business.

This role will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market. To staff and direct a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to the development of training for Account Executives.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor Corporate Sales Sector Divisions.
- Assist in Developing the business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Team recruitment, target allocation, training, assessment & development.
- Monitor staff input for accuracy, thoroughness and coverage of the local area.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of members sales and activity performance.
- Understand and communicate the organizations priorities to ensure teams alignment with Groups objectives.
- Support the team members in the market with guidance, assistance & training.
- Supervise assigned personnel (e.g. screening, interviewing, recommending, training, evaluating, etc.) for the purpose of enhancing productivity of staff, and ensuring that department outcomes are achieved.
- Oversee workload of department for the purpose of maximizing the efficiency of the work force and meeting operational requirements.
- Ensure proper induction of new employees.
- Responsible for conducting periodic performance appraisal to all assigned staff, and for growth, development, engagement and motivation, coaching and guiding of the departments employees.
- Work on Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
- Provide direction and support to the department team members.
- Insures that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
- Sets examples for Account Representatives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
- Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the management.
- Assist in Preparation of and administer the corporate sales department budget after obtaining direct manager approval.
- Assist in preparation of annual sales plan based on market research after obtaining direct manager approval.
- Ensure superior guest service through follow up and coordination with the logistics manager.
- Create and maintain data base of all active accounts.
- To brief the management on competitive activities and market trends to ensure a timely reaction.
- Oversee collection of receivables in a timely and diplomatic fashion.
- Support the Team with New Product Launch strategy and information.
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- In liaison with Procurement Department validate & approve local suppliers with rate negotiation for standard product line provision.
- Review and Check the Departmental expenses and supplier procurement, and obtain direct manager approval on the same.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Work on targeting new markets and untapped business.
- Identify, research and develop new clients in the local market.
- Achieve and exceed the budgeted goals as allocated in the business plan.
- Responsible for creating and developing innovative sales techniques.
- Participate in trade shows, convention and promotional events within the industry and customer organizations.
- Remain fully cognizant of product availability, pricing, policy changes, choice and selection to present and sell the most up to date product available to the customer.
- Taking responsibility for profit and loss.
- Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
- Prepare in liaison with Marketing Department formal presentations of products using catalogues, videos and other training aids.
- Seasonal promotional product collection design & implementation to market.
- Follows up with all key accounts orders and deliveries.
- Deal with complaints received from Key accounts.
- Proposes new products for improvement of the product range.
- Monitor regular day to day operation and evaluate customer satisfaction to our products.
- Arranges meetings regular meetings with Key Accounts.
- Review contracts terms and conditions and raise questions to direct manager final review.
- Follow with Administration Department on all documents related to shipment/ clearance/ certificate of origin and others.

Requirements

- 6-8 years or more of Sales Management experience in the luxury/department store/retail market.
- Excellent commercial understanding within UAE.
- Degree educated.
- Strong financial experience of setting and working to targets.
- Experience of leading a successful team.
