Corporate Sales Manager - Training Consultancy

Job description / Role

Our client is a well-established and well reputed training and professional development consultancy based in the UAE providing professional education and training programs to corporates and individual clients. Due to their rapid expansion, we are recruiting a Corporate Sales Manager to increase market share and revenue within government and public sector businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and developing new business opportunities creating a pipeline and securing new clients within the government and public sectors and meeting with decision makers and leaders in the Human Resources and Learning & Development departments
- Sales planning and exceeding sales targets
- Preparing sales presentations, proposals and tender submissions

Requirements

- 5 - 10 years B2B business development experience gained within government, public sector and private companies in the UAE
- Ability to develop long term relations, crossing selling and growing existing client accounts
- Experience of dealing with corporate senior and HR decision makers
- Minimum of 3 years corporate sales and business development experience in the UAE
- Must be living in the UAE
- Must have a driving license
- Fluent in English
- Stable career history in corporate sales within a services industry
