Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading Financial Services company is currently recruiting for a Corporate Sales Manager. This position reports to the Head of Strategic Sales UAE.

Solution-based sales approach and identifying opportunities to increase business by working with strategic partners. Your influencing skills will give you the credibility to sell at the most senior level. You will have field sales experience gained within a B2B commercial environment.

You will be set up to exceed annual sales targets via the signing and implementation of profitable new accounts within the designated country by applying a consultative approach to explore and build real customer needs at Financial Director/Controller level, you will build and maintain a strong, fast moving pipeline of prospects to deliver incremental volume.

Your influencing skills will also enable effective internal working relationships e.g., operations, pricing, marketing and other sales/relationship management teams, and an extended external contact strategy for key prospects to build relationships prior to sales.

Your proven ability to prioritize, generate appointments, influence and sign business through a disciplined and structured approach is core to your success.

Principle Accountabilities
- Develop and keep current an appropriate account strategy for each nominated customer. The strategy Achieve aggressive Corporate sales targets (Y1 $4m / Y2 & onwards $10m) across market and segments.
- Aggressively manage the Corporate sales pipeline ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of results.
- Collaborate with Marketing and New Product Development in developing and executing best-in-class selling propositions.
- segment business to exceed annual billings goals.
- Align strategies with Corporate Account Management colleagues and share best-in-class practices, to ensure consistency and quality.
- Live the Company Values, including personal accountability and the will to win.
- Meet all expense budgets by actively controlling all team expenditures.

Problem Solving/Decision Making
- This position will be the prime customer contact whenever the companys business is at risk due to issues such as competitive actions, dissatisfaction with the service etc. The job holder will have to resolve those problems in the most efficient way in order to retain the customers.
- This person will make local decisions around corporate account acquisition across local, MN & GCG segments within prescribed market / area.
- Requests for highly marginal customer pricing beyond pre-agreed limits must be referred.

Performance Metrics:
- New Corporate Billings
- Corporate NCA (new corporates)
- Client acquisition numbers
- Pipeline adequacy

Requirements

- B2B sales experience: financial services not a pre-requisite
- Pipeline management experience
- Ability to manage every element of the deal from prospecting to close
- Creative problem solving/proactive thinking to challenge the status quo
- Strong Will to Win
- Ability to collaborate across band levels to transform the business model
- Ability to collaborate and influence internally and externally
