Corporate Sales Manager

One of the most dynamic builders of retail brands in the Middle East is looking to hire an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join their high-performing team in Dubai.

As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be taking over the following responsibilities:
* Work on targeting new markets and untapped business
* Assist in developing the business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
* Work on achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
* Provide direction and support to the department team members
* Identify, research and develop new clients in the local market
* Achieve and exceed the budgeted goals as allocated in the business plan
* Create and develop innovative sales techniques
* Participate in trade shows, convention and promotional events within the industry and customer organizations
* Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities

Requirements

* Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or related disciplines
* Strong sales, interpersonal and negotiating skills
* A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in the retail industry
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong people management skills
