Corporate Secretary - Bahrain - Leading Oil & Gas Company

A leading energy company is seeking a Corporate Secretary to join their offices in Bahrain. The organisation is looking for a dynamic, meticulous and experienced professional to assist in the co-ordination, organisation and management of board meetings, ensuring compliances are met and act as a communication link between the various stakeholders of the business.

The role involves supporting the board of directors, recording the minutes of meetings and follow up on the execution of decisions issued by the board members. Furthermore, the successful applicant will be expected to; have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to take initiative, be able to make timely and accurate decisions and be able to prepare for all foreseeable situations.

Requirements

- Have a minimum of 2.1 undergraduate law degree (or equivalent) from a recognised University.
- Have at least 10 years experience in Office administration
- Possess good communication and presentation skills as well as a genuine attitude to work in a team.
- Be willing to relocate to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Skills that are not mandatory however are beneficial:
- Arabic language skills.
- Currently residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain or Middle East region.
