Position Title: Corporate Solutions Sales Head
Reports to: Corporate Solutions Director

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for driving sales of employee benefits to new clients. This role is responsible for identifying
and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client business drivers and to
position employee benefits to manage the sales process to a successful conclusion in line with annual
targets.

DESCRIPTION:
Identify and drive together with the team through different channels business opportunities to
expand existing and generate new business in line with the annual targets;
Develop and implement a strategy to create opportunities with agencies, brokers and direct
clients targeting business development activities promoting our product offering and added
value solutions;
Control and ensure underwriters receive accurate and complete assessments of risks quoted,
and drive timely issuance and submission of corporate solutions proposals as per TAT set;
Control all internal and external audit controls and recommendations are in place when quoting
or securing new business;
Keep abreast of market conditions and developments and make development
recommendations in line with short and long term strategies;
Accountable for all client proposals, policies and any further documentation, following the
Companys Employee Benefit guidelines;
Develop and coach team members to be motivated and successful in demonstrating full
knowledge and sales ability towards their client base being agencies, brokers or direct;
Drive and maintain relationships with customers by ensuring the sales development managers
provide support, information, and guidance as well as responding to product queries efficiently
and accurately;
Represents Company in front of Agencies, Brokers and Direct clients in relation to new business
strategies and opportunities by demonstrating knowledge and expertise in this domain;
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art
practices; participating in professional societies;
Ensure Customer Centricity in everything we do;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Take responsibility for team & own personal development in line with agreed annual performance objectives.

JOB CONTEXT:
Developing new business relationships by offering and extending product offering and added value
solutions to cooperations through different channels being Agencies, Brokers and Direct client base.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
- Communicates with the Corporate Solutions Director, Sales, Underwriters, Portfolio Managers and
Sales Administrators on sales, annual objectives & underwriting related issues; Senior
Management; RO Senior Management; cross department relationships.
External:
- Deal with cooperations through Agencies, Brokers and Direct clients.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- MBA or equal by experience;
- 15 Year experience in sales and at least 5 years in sales management;
- Business Acumen;
- Leadership skills;
- Insurance qualification from a recognised body (LOMA or Chartered Insurance Institute);
- High knowledge of the Company business, capabilities & product offering
- Excellent communication skills in all his forms;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
- Results-driven;
- Strong presentation skills and knowledge of selling techniques;
- Ability to develop and deliver innovative ideas;
- Computer literacy;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
