Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the largest and most successful groups in KSA. They are looking for a Strategy Manager to sit within the Corporate Strategy Team and work across its portfolio businesses.

Responsibilities will be varied and include the following;
- Defining and driving the strategic roadmap and business strategy.
- Exploring growth opportunities whether thats through M&A, standalone projects or joint ventures.
- Leading the management of change through continuous improvement of processes and policies.
- Ensuring the business performance is achieved through corporate planning.
- Define and track key strategic performance metrics to drive and track the strategy deployment process.

Requirements

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years experience in a corporate strategy, corporate development or project management role. You must have proven ability to negotiate and work within a multi-cultural environment. Multi-industry experience is an advantage.
