Corporate Supply Chain Manager
Manage complete Bid to Dispatch process and service Key Clients for GCC customers at a level of quality above expectations and to ensure that company services and relations with external and internal customers are at the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Provide training on Order Management to Customer Service team. Liaise with commercial unit to conduct training / Market visits to enhance product/market knowledge of Customer Service team. Participate in the S&OP meeting with, business units.
Candidate must have a Business Degree with key skills in Forecasting, Supply Issues, & Customer Satisfaction, FMCG experience with in Middle East market is must with preferably in factory environment.
